Heritage Bank Minnesota is a financial institution that was established on June 2, 1930, originally under the name Farmers State Bank of West Concord. Over the decades, the bank underwent several significant changes. On March 5, 1987, it acquired the First National Bank in West Concord, which coincided with the relocation of its main office to Main Street in West Concord, Minnesota. The main office was subsequently moved again on June 30, 2003, to 181 Main Street in West Concord. In a series of regulatory changes on October 8, 2014, the institution changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), amended its classification to a state-chartered bank not a member of the Federal Reserve System, and withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System. Most recently, on October 1, 2018, the bank changed its name to Heritage Bank Minnesota.
