I have been dealing with Hearthside Bank for app. 10 + years no real problems until a month or so ago I could not open my online account called the bank do this that etc. this is what they came up with "it's on my end" at one point they wanted me to bring my computer to the bank all though they don't have internet so what would this solve to see if I have enough sense to punch the right keys to log in. I have checked with smart people in the tech industry they advised the problem has to be the bank's fault they have something messed up they need a "real" tech to find the real problem but they don't want to do that they have "tech people" yeah right. I would advise NOT to use them if you have a problem chances it won't get fixed.
