HISTORY OF HCN BANK
HCN Bank, originally established as the Bank of Hemet on June 3, 1974, underwent several name and location changes throughout its history. The institution initially operated under its founding name until it changed to Bank of Hemet on July 3, 1978. The main office was first located at 1600 East Florida Avenue in Hemet, California, where it remained until a subsequent relocation on September 26, 1978. In 1986, the institution rebranded to The Bank of Hemet. A significant acquisition occurred on October 17, 1992, when the bank acquired Inland Savings and Loan Association, also based in Hemet. Following this, the main office was moved to a different location in Hemet on November 12, 1992. The bank continued its evolution and, on July 3, 2007, moved its main office to 3715 Sunnyside Drive in Riverside, California. Finally, on December 9, 2022, the institution officially changed its name to HCN Bank.
