Green Bank

Green Bank, National Association, was established on February 17, 1999, originally operating under the name Redstone Bank, National Association. The bank's main office was first located at 109 North Post Oak Lane, Suite 100, in Houston, Texas. In September 2007, the institution rebranded as Green Bank, National Association. Over the years, Green Bank expanded its operations through several acquisitions, including Opportunity Bank, National Association in June 2012, SharePlus Bank in October 2014, and Patriot Bank in October 2015. In May 2008, the main office was relocated to 4000 Greenbriar Street in Houston. On January 1, 2019, Green Bank merged with Veritex Community Bank, based in Dallas, Texas, marking the end of its independent operations.
