I love the employees at Pilot Knob branch, they're always smiling when you walk through the door. My father has banked with this bank for close to 20 years & has never had a complaint. I just started an account & I'm very happy I did. Thanks for great services girls!
The staff at the Greenview, MO Great Southern Bank is great. I receive personal attention from Marla with my accounts when I need help. It feels good to be recognized and called by my name when I need to go inside the bank.
I have been a customer at Great Southern Bank since moving here 11 years ago. I have never had a problem with the wonderful customer service I have received. Lori, who I deal with quite often at the Clive Branch is always eager to please, and she goes out of her way to help me when I have had some surprising withdrawals I did not authorize. She has been a life saver, and though she, herself, has had many personal health issues, I have never seen her when she isn't the epitome of what an ideal employee should be. This also applies to Tanner, who is a delightful young man, and greets me with a huge smile and a warm, welcome! Glynis is another wonderful employee who is more than eager to be of service. I would say that trio puts the GREAT in GREAT SOUTHERN!! Thank you Great Southern, for always being the Hallmark for excellence in banking.
