Granite Mountain Bank

Granite Mountain Bank was established on April 15, 1940, originally operating under the name Flint Creek Valley Bank. On November 6, 1944, the bank underwent significant changes, including becoming a state-chartered bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System. Over the years, the bank relocated its main office multiple times; it moved to Main Street in Philipsburg, Montana, on April 19, 1990, and then to 139 East Broadway Street in Philipsburg on March 31, 2006. On June 2, 2023, Granite Mountain Bank merged with Citizens Alliance Bank, which is based in Clara City, Minnesota, marking the end of its independent operations.
