On September 17, 1963, the bank transitioned to a State Chartered Bank, withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System, and changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The institution underwent a name change to Grandview Bank on January 2, 2007. Subsequently, on April 20, 1990, the main office was relocated to Second and Criner Streets in Grandview, Texas.
