Grand Valley Bank is a state-chartered bank located in Heber City, Utah. It was originally established as Grand Valley National Bank on December 13, 1983. Over the years, the institution underwent several significant changes. On December 30, 2005, Grand Valley Bank acquired Heber Valley National Bank, expanding its operations in the region. On December 28, 2007, the bank's main office was relocated to 2 South Main Street in Heber City. Subsequently, on December 31, 2008, the bank changed its name to Grand Valley Bank and transitioned its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
