Grand Marsh State Bank, established on January 1, 1915, originally served the community under its founding name. The bank's main office was relocated to Main Street in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin, on April 20, 1990. Subsequently, on March 31, 2006, the main office moved again to 643 County Road E in Grand Marsh, Wisconsin. In a significant organizational change, Grand Marsh State Bank merged with Oregon Community Bank on September 1, 2018. This merger resulted in a rebranding, and the institution officially changed its name to One Community Bank on September 18, 2020.
