On November 30, 1989, it became known as Gibraltar Savings Bank, S.L.A., and further transitioned to Gibraltar Savings Bank, FSB, on August 16, 1995, coinciding with a change in its primary federal regulatory agency to the Office of Thrift Supervision. The institution rebranded once more to Gibraltar Bank on February 5, 2008. Its main office locations changed several times, with a notable move to 5527 Berkshire Valley Road in Oak Ridge, New Jersey, on August 20, 2004, and again to 1719 Route 10 in Parsippany, New Jersey, on October 3, 2016. On July 21, 2011, the primary federal regulatory agency changed to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. The final significant change occurred on February 28, 2021, when Gibraltar Bank merged with Bogota Savings Bank in Teaneck, New Jersey.
