Freedom Bank

Freedom Bank was established on April 4, 2005, under the original name Freedom Bank of America. The bank's main office was moved to 1200 4th Street North, Saint Petersburg, Florida, on May 22, 2006. After operating for several years, the institution changed its name to Freedom Bank on July 14, 2015. The bank continued to provide banking services until it merged with Seacoast National Bank, located in Stuart, Florida, on August 21, 2020, at which point it ceased to operate as an independent entity.
