Forte Bank, originally established as The First National Bank of Hartford on January 1, 1907, has undergone several significant changes throughout its history. The main office was relocated to 116 West Sumner Street in Hartford, Wisconsin, on April 13, 1970. On December 27, 2019, the institution underwent a major transformation, changing its name to Forte Bank and withdrawing from membership in the Federal Reserve System.
