FNCB Bank

FNCB Bank, originally established as The First National Bank of Dunmore in 1910, underwent several name and structural changes throughout its operational history. On March 1, 1988, the institution changed its name to First National Community Bank. In 2016, the bank rebranded as FNCB Bank, simultaneously altering its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and transitioning to a state-chartered bank, withdrawing from membership in the Federal Reserve System. The main office of FNCB Bank was relocated to 100 South Blakely Street in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, on June 27, 2019.
