FNB Community Bank, originally established as The First National Bank of Midwest City on June 1, 1943, has undergone several name and regulatory changes throughout its history. The bank's main office was first located at 101 East Atkinson Plaza in Midwest City, Oklahoma, until it was relocated to 2911 South Air Depot Boulevard on December 17, 1973. On April 5, 1971, the institution changed its name to The First National Bank of Midwest City. Subsequently, on April 20, 1998, the bank rebranded itself as First National Bank. In a significant transformation on December 31, 2012, the bank adopted its current name, FNB Community Bank, and changed its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve Board, becoming a state-chartered bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System.
