This bank is NOT "traveler friendly". I was visiting Penn Yan and just wanted to break two $100 bills into $20's. The teller refused to do that because I did not have an account with the bank. Since when is U. S Currency refused unless you have an account? I will make sure that I inform my hotel to warn other visitors that this bank is not friendly to travelers.... Read more
