Somos clientes desde que el banco era Santander y ahora First Bank, el personal es de primera, cada vez que necesitamos alguna informacion ellos estan prestos a servirnos de inmediato.
El Sr. Luis Gonzalez gerente, es tan atento con los clientes , siempre con una sonrisa y un saludo para todos los que ve a su paso por la sucursal, y presto para ayudar al cajero que asi lo amerite. En fin me encanta esta sucursal!!!!
Me cambié para este banco hace poco. Es la mejor decisión que pude tomar. Estoy encantada con el trato y servicio al cliente recibido por Jenny García. El gerente Luis González es excelente en su trabajo. Tengo que reconocer que superaron mis expectativas. Se los recomiendo!
