You cannot get overdraft protection from this bank. You must open a savings account and keep enough money tied up in it to cover overdrafts. Through no fault of my own (Uber was late paying me) three items were charged overdraft charges which added up to $99.00. I talked to the manager and she said : I'll see what I can do".
