Branch review: Portsmouth Branch

You (as well as First Federal) have held my mortgage for 25 years. I came to the bank today 8/14/21 to pay my mortgage based on the fact that your website specifically states closes at 12:30pm on Saturdays. The branch was closed. I now must drive back to Newington and pay on Monday the 16th. I can not accept a late fee or a negative mark on my credit due to the branch's negligence.... Read more
