Yeah I liked the bank a whole lot better when it was Northside .
Very open and welcoming. The Branch is easily accessible both in location as well as physically open for all types of physically challenged persons. The staff was courteous and very helpful to a newcomer such as myself. I feel like I have found a bank that I can develop a personal relationship, hopefully, for a long time to come.
Really friendly employees and I feel like a family member when I arrive.
No customers. My husband opened a savings account there. I'm beneficiary. Went in 3 times. No customers. Primary account is at a well known bank. I'm trying to get my husband to switch this saving account to his other bank that he had for years. Just open a separate savings account that he can actually just use for savings. I just don't feel secure with this bank and all the representatives and the people I saw inside of the bank we're new to the job. This bank is on broad street in Rome Ga. Yes not even listed on the branch sites on this very App listing.
Can not phone in to bank.
Maybe someone can explain to me why long time account holders like myself have to wait until the bank opens up on Fridays before a payroll check or social security check is posted to my account so I can access the funds. I can understand maybe the social security check I don't work for the social security department but I do work for payroll where I work. You cannot tell me that the funds have not been released from my company as I have been told that before That is not true. I know for a fact that when the payroll check shows up at the bank the funds are immediately available so what is the problem. Now your going to tell me the System will not let the funds be available not true. Systems do not change when the names of banks change. When you were NorthSide funds were available. So if it is just a whim or we are just not going to do that anymore. Then I guess I should be looking for a new bank. I wonder how many accounts you have lost since the name changed to First National Community Bank. A Community Bank is supposed to serve the community. Seems to me from NorthSide Bank to Community Bank the Service to the Community got a whole lot worse.
