On January 1, 1968, the institution rebranded itself as The First National Bank and Trust Company of Okmulgee. In 1983, the main office was relocated to 610 East Eighth Street in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The bank expanded its operations through acquisitions, notably acquiring First National Bank in Henryetta, Oklahoma, on September 11, 2006, and First National Bank in Wewoka, Oklahoma, on August 9, 2014.
