BRANCH REVIEWS
I've been really impressed (which is rare) with the service from staff over the phone and the way the online CD application and account opening process has worked. I'd been looking for good rates from a brick-and-mortar bank, and they've exceeded my expectations--patiently answered questions (dispensed with a good sense of humor), helped me when I changed my mind re beneficiaries, asked to have interest dispersed, and more. If I lived in Michigan they'd be my bank for everything based on what I've seen so far!
