First National Bank traces its origins to March 22, 1889, when it was established as the National Bank of Commerce of Paragould in Paragould, Arkansas. The institution underwent several name changes, becoming the National Bank of Commerce of Paragould in 1889, and later changing its name to First National Bank of Commerce on June 30, 1967. On February 15, 1973, it further rebranded itself to First National Bank while also relocating its main office to Second and Court Streets in Paragould. I arrived with proper documentation and they lied to me about giving my parents assets away for the next 6 months. Don't depend on the local government body to do anything.
