Branch Reviews & Complaints
I agree with the person who said Skye is an excellent customer service representative. I am very disappointed in the service I received from other service representatives. I need a new debit card and it takes over 10 days to get one. I have above average deposits in my checking and savings accounts which wasn't recognized at all. I am a retired banker who held positions of Chief Lending officer and President at a family owned bank, our facilities issued debit cards to customers at the time they opened their accounts which was appreciated very much. I recognized the President in this facility and acknowledged his presence, and his response was that he was too busy to chat and he had several emails to reply to. I wouldn't and won't recommend this facility to anyone.
