Terrible bank to work with. After switching over from Blackhawk Bank, we have had nothing but problems. First, there is no convenient way to make payments. No online payment options, you must go the bank each time to make your payment and then most times, it's misapplied or the wrong amount is charged. This bank is nothing but a headache. I've never had to try so hard for someone to take my money...
