Princeton Mo First Interstate Bank is one of the worst branches there is. Personally the Manager there was probably one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with along with a couple of tellers. I was told I could not get a replacement debit card due to a scam that happened to me about 2 weeks prior to this date even though there was still Five cents in the account and a deposit of $1600.00 that had been posted to be in the account.Instead of getting a temporary debit card I went in for I need up getting my account closed. This bank stinks.
Wrong date ð ð about when you ððĪŠð guys reopen! 6/1/23 is the day of your reopening the bank ðĶð§!
Outstanding bank. Everyone that works there is friendly and willing to help customers. I am in my 80s and have banked with several banks. This is one of two banks I rate as outstanding. (My other bank was bought out by this bank) They are a full service bank that provides great service. Why go to a large bank where you are just a number rather than a person!
Drive up should be open for a least a few hours on Saturday!!
I have a recent account with the Billings Montana First Interstate Bank, under my maiden name Walker. I would like to beseech First Interstate to explain, in grace, the efficiency of applying via internet to access on-line banking, rather than call an eight hundred number, to become lost in prompts which tally no let of goal. The billings Montana branch is known by Christians, and remoscile alike, thankfully, to be Red Alert 19 cyber security ace. Thank you for your absolute grace in holy cause, keep hemming up the hacker astone.
We have a business account and were customers of Great Western Bank where we always received excellent service. Ever since they merged with FIB it has been a nightmare. And I am not only talking about the initial phase when the banks merged. We are now months later and when you try to reach anyone you have to stay on the line in queue forever, then when you finally get a hold of someone who is not from the branch they are snippy and definitely not customer oriented. O-tone, "you can decide to listen or not I don't care" and then you get transferred from one person to the next. We run a business and I don't have time to be on the phone all day.
Negative one million stars!!! We had been with Great Western Bank since about 2006 and liked it just fine. Since First Interstate took them over we have had nothing but trouble. Too many screw up's to mention here! All I can say is "RUN" from this bank! Horrific customer service, worse than any I have ever experienced. If I can ever get all of their mistakes fixed, we are closing our account ASAP and moving to a local bank! If you like super long wait times, and getting passed around to other incompetant people, and having your accounts all messed up, this bank may be the one for you!
My husband and I have been a loyal customers of Great Western Bank for several years and have enjoyed a very personal relationship with each and every branch. With the conversion to FIB, I have has HORRIBLE service through the numbers provided and the only way I was able to talk with someone at a branch was to go to the branch. Day two of not having access to any of my accounts and I now have a branch banker calling me from another state to try to help me because the corporate entity doesn't have the bandwidth to provide decent service (I was on hold this morning for over an hour and no one ever picked up). I am not impressed with FIB and truly feel sorry for the GWB employees that involuntarily were pushed into this organization. They will likely lose our business.
I engaged the Polson branch president Shad Hupka recently, while looking for support with a business matter. Mr. Hupka could not have been more condescending, rude and belligerent. I was surprised by the first note of condescension when I was really looking for help with a matter that pertains to his branch. He ultimately hung up on me. I am surprised that First Interstate would have someone at this level of leadership that has no leadership skills whatsoever. I looked up First Interstate's Mission and Values which include: "People First" and "Commitment to Community." Well you really missed the mark on this one, First Interstate.
We close at 5:30 Monday thru Friday
