Brenda Hunt will go above and beyond for customers!
Your best employee is Brenda Hunt.
Melissa LockLear branch is excellent! Provides knowledgeable, professional service in as timely manner as possible and keeps a wonderful staff!
Dont roll any of your stock and IRA's to this branch. They have been holding mine since Sept and I have not heard a word from them. Getting ready to let Wilson Bank have it and see if they have better customer service. James Bandy
I woke up this morning to find out First Horizon had made an error and paid my mortgage payment twice out of auto pay I had set up. This has been set up for 3 years and never happened. I went into the Union Branch and went to the customer service area. There were two employees working but had no one at their desks. I waited for someone to greet me. They did not even raise their heads to say, I will be with you in a moment. Finally, the female customer service rep, asked me if I needed help. Well, of course I did. So I said yes and went and sat at her desk. I tried to discuss my issue with her and she told me she couldn't help me because the payments were set up to go out by me. I tried to explain to her that they 2nd one that was simultaneously went out and was duplicated by error, was not generated at my request. She refused to listen to me and I got very frustrated. She just kept telling me I had to call the mortgage company but it was not the mortgage companies error. It was First Horizons on line error. Then she told me I was stupid and told me to leave. The male customer service rep came over to help her make me leave. It was like a dream. I am just now able to talk about it. I have never been treated so poorly.
Wish the Bank would pay u like Regions two days early.
My name in the First Horizon Bank is a twelve digit number, it is not my name! I have been unable to correct this problem since they purchased my old bank, evening having it changed at the local office; a number of times has not corrected the problem. I am closing my account! My star rating is minus one
Arlene, Austin, and the entire crew at that location consistently go above and beyond. I feel like family there.
You really need to get more tellers at the drive through. Waiting 30 minutes is ridiculous. I opened my account in Bayou Vista you closed it now I have to come here. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Won't stay in line this long.
The First Bank and Trust of Tennessee in Johnson City is located for easy access from all directions. Just of State of Franklin Road and very close to Interstate 81. More importantly, the folks who work there are some of the friendliest folks. They are always ready to help me with what ever banking business I have when I arrive. I believe I have been a customer from the first year they opened their Johnson City branch and I have no plains of ever changing Banks.
The worst location in Memphis. I will never visit this location again!!!
Be wary of using this branch. They say they are committed to helping small businesses but they don't come through. In addition, bank balances shown online do not match reality so you cannot be sure of what you actually have. I will be moving away from First Tennessee altogether because of the poor service.
Mariah at the Harrison Branch took her time and was patient with my questions. Great with customer service.
I have tried to call for 20 min, I have tried the Merchants Rd. Branch, Powell Branch and the Westhaven Branch continuously, the call is always answered by an automated system that tells me I am calling after hours at 2:00 pm. I'm not sure who is in charge of choosing the phone system for First Tennessee but I believe they need to reevaluate the system. It's not a user friendly system and is very frustrating to your customers. Mike Hazelwood 865-389-2738
Answering system is second to the tv and radio commercial where the operator's recorder voice says we will put a piece of tape over the blinking light so your call will not be noticed!
How can I contact a human being or an operator if I am on a cell phone without pencil or paper?
