Have banked there for years. Keep millions in the bank. But cannot deal with the construction and no easy access parking as we have just purchased two new Mercedes autos and don't want to have to leave them with a valet at the Marriott next door, and my wife keeps a lot of high end jewelry at the bank and can't carry it through a garage or hotel. And today I called and tried to get directions for getting into the branch, but was told by an operator at a central location that they wern't taking any calls and would have to call me back. But I need to get into the bank now and then and it took me almost 10 minutes to find an entrance as there are no signs posted. We have enjoyed banking there for 20 years, but cannot fight the access problems. And this will also mean leaving the investment management people, where we also have millions, and we love our investment manager and our administrator, but want to have our banking and investment portfolio with the same institution.
