First Guaranty Bank

First Guaranty Bank was established on February 10, 1999, and operated as a financial institution providing various banking services. On May 31, 2017, First Guaranty Bank merged with The First Commonwealth Bank of Prestonsburg, Inc., located in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Following this merger, the institution continued to exist under the new corporate structure. Later, on April 13, 2019, First Guaranty Bank merged again, this time becoming part of Peoples Bank in Marietta, Ohio.
