History Of First Florida Integrity Bank

First Florida Integrity Bank was established on December 3, 2007, under the name Panther Community Bank, N.A. In 2009, the bank underwent several significant changes, including acquiring First National Bank of the Gulf Coast, which also prompted a name change to First National Bank of the Gulf Coast. In the following years, the bank relocated its main office multiple times within Naples, Florida, and in July 2012, it acquired The Royal Palm Bank of Florida as part of a government-assisted merger. On March 15, 2014, First Florida Integrity Bank expanded further by acquiring Shamrock Bank of Florida. The bank underwent a series of regulatory changes on June 27, 2014, when it changed its institution name to First Florida Integrity Bank, switched its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Reserve, and became a state-chartered bank. The bank continued operations until December 17, 2021, when it merged with First Foundation Bank, headquartered in Irvine, California.
