Great place to bank. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever banking needs or any questions you may have. I have never had a bad experience banking there. I highly suggest you using this bank and location. A+++.

This bank told my husband that his card was still good until 2/2024. is was canceled they said he need to go bank get a new one. He is handy cap he has too take a lift. Now we are out 20.22 dollars and NO DELET CARD. Bad service

★ Branch review: White River Branch

Don't bother to open any accounts at the White River branch. First Financial is closing it this year. As far as I know, they will have only ONE branch on the South Side, on Emerson Ave. The main headquarters of First Financial is another bank that has no idea how to provide excellent customer service.

★ Branch review: Upper Arlington Branch

Very hard to reach! I am averaging about 48 hours to get a callback from this branch. Online phone number is national call center and the direct phone number that they gave me does not work. If my need had been an emergency, I would be shopping for a different bank.
