This location served as its primary office until July 21, 2010, when it moved to 441 Spring Street, still within Pikeville. A major transformation occurred on June 1, 2014, when the institution changed its name to First Farmers & Commercial Bank and transitioned its primary federal regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
