Always a happy experience driving through or going into First Community in Buckhannon. Karen and the gang are so helpful with their smiling faces. Our first and only choice since we moved to town 28 years ago. Stop in!
We have been banking with First Community Bank of Buckhannon, WV for approximately 12 years. The staff is always friendly, courteous and eager to help whether inside the bank building or the drive thru.
I have been trying to call you all morning, all I get is a busy signal. I need to talk to someone about getting a Medallion Signature Guarantee stamp on a document, do I need to make an appointment to do so. I need it as soon as possible. Selah Bradley

The loan officers wll not call you back
With out a doubt this is the hardest bank for me to deal with, no other bank is this hard for me to get to my accounts.
I accidentally overdrew my account by $12. I made a CASH deposit within an hour, the deposit was accepted and my account showed a positive balance. I woke up the next day with a service charge of $37. I contacted First Community Bank, they refused to reverse the charges. I'm moving to a different bank
I need to access my account - I cannot get to it.
I don't like the location of the ATM in Gate City VA. You can't get off the street if someone is using the ATM. The layout is terrible.
