History Of First Community Bank and Trust
First Community Bank and Trust is a financial institution established on November 16, 1916, originally named Farmers State Bank of Beecher. The bank underwent several name changes and regulatory modifications throughout its history. On May 20, 1976, it changed its name to Farmers State Bank of Beecher and subsequently relocated its main office to 660 Penfield Street in Beecher, Illinois. In 1996, the bank adopted the name First Community Bank and Trust. Following this change, the institution received full trust powers on June 16, 1997. On December 11, 2000, the bank moved its main office again, this time to 1111 Dixie Highway in Beecher, Illinois.
