First Choice Bank

First Choice Bank was established on March 23, 2007, originally bearing the name First Choice Bank. On April 4, 2007, the institution changed its name to First Choice Bank. The bank expanded its operations in 2014 when it acquired Vantage Point Bank in Horsham, Pennsylvania, as part of a government-assisted merger on February 28, 2014. After nearly a decade of operation, First Choice Bank merged with Berkshire Bank in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, on December 3, 2016, thereby becoming part of the larger banking organization.
