Oh my goodness! I can not say enough good things about this branch. Through the years, they have been consistently amazing to deal with.
Yes, I use ATMs, yes I can do things online, and yes I can do things through the automated phone system. That is not the reason I do business with First Bank and Trust. The reason I bank with FB&T is the wonderfully polite and efficient people who work at this branch.
Today Ashley, Maggie and Tia saved my bacon in a timely manor. They have assisted me with a possible loan, my CD and a large wire transfer at the last minute. All of this, they did with friendliness and kindness that I find invaluable! They also new their stuff. They answered many questions about a variety of services and products through FB&T.
This is but one example of the wonderful people who have assisted me at this branch. Please, note the names of these three individuals. They are true standouts.
