I have a few accounts through the Tiffin branch, the ladies there are all nice and the new management seems really motivated.
Branch personnel are courteous when they speak to you on the phone. However, getting someone to pick up the phone is a different matter. I have to call repeatedly and the phone will ring literally 20 or more times before they pick up. They are also very slow on returning calls or following up with information. I called one day with a request on my account. They told me they would take care of the issue. It took them 15 minutes to figure out they needed an original signature after I hung up with them. Two days later I called them back because they had neglected to call me or e-mail me for two days to imform me of the information it took them 15 minutes to locate two days before. The action I needed on my account was time sensitive. Good thing I still had two weeks to take action when I initially contacted them. It will take them the entire time to do a 15 minute task for me.
I have paid off my auto loan 2 months ago and still have NOT received my title and release of lein... Very poor response and I doubt I will ever do business with them in the future. Ralph Hajj yogi6615@gmail.com
Customer service is horrible - I don't think they have real people working there, just voicemail service every time that I call, they deserve 0 stars.
Do not use this bank for your auto loans they don't give you an early pay off. If you have a 6 year loan and pay it off in 2 years you still have to 4 year interested for the 2 years.
