Branch Reviews & Complaints
Branch personnel are courteous when they speak to you on the phone. However, getting someone to pick up the phone is a different matter. I have to call repeatedly and the phone will ring literally 20 or more times before they pick up. They are also very slow on returning calls or following up with information. I called one day with a request on my account. They told me they would take care of the issue. It took them 15 minutes to figure out they needed an original signature after I hung up with them. Two days later I called them back because they had neglected to call me or e-mail me for two days to imform me of the information it took them 15 minutes to locate two days before. The action I needed on my account was time sensitive. Good thing I still had two weeks to take action when I initially contacted them. It will take them the entire time to do a 15 minute task for me.
