First Avenue National Bank

First Avenue National Bank was established on November 16, 2006. Initially located in Fernandina Beach, Florida, the institution operated under this name until several significant changes occurred in its ownership and branding. On July 28, 2008, the bank moved its main office to 910 Southwest 1st Avenue in Ocala, Florida. On April 8, 2016, First Avenue National Bank merged with Cbc National Bank, continuing under the latter's name. Subsequently, on April 2, 2018, it merged again, this time becoming part of First Federal Bank of Florida, based in Lake City, Florida. Following this merger, the institution officially changed its name to First Federal Bank on June 1, 2018.
