ENVISION BANK

Envision Bank, originally established as Randolph Savings Bank in 1851, underwent several significant transformations throughout its history. The institution became FDIC insured on January 2, 1986, and changed its name to Randolph Savings Bank on June 3, 1974. In November 2002, it transitioned to a Stock Savings Bank structure. The name was further changed to Envision Bank on March 12, 2018. Envision Bank expanded its operations by acquiring First Federal Savings Bank of Boston in Andover, Massachusetts, on July 1, 2016. Subsequently, on October 8, 2022, Envision Bank merged with Abington Bank in Abington, Massachusetts. Most recently, on September 21, 2024, it merged with North Shore Bank, a cooperative bank located in Peabody, Massachusetts, marking the end of Envision Bank as an independent entity.
