Carlos was a wonderful help to me. He worked on the phone with me, called back, and eventually had me come into the bank to resolve a computer and on line banking issue. He was polite, kind, and patient. Thank you

Eveth is a tremendous representative for this bank. She clearly understands the technical aspects of her job, but beyond that she is caring, patient, and customer-focused. It was a pleasure to work with her recently.

I always use Enterprise Bank & Trust. They always take good care of me, and they always take care of my banking needs. They are all very nice. I would recommend them to all my friends. I am glad that I have a branch close to me that I can trust. I live about 2 miles from Enterprise Bank & Trust Olivetti branch.
My daughter is filling out paperwork for a new job and needs to know the "branch #". Not the phone number but the cedar hill branch number. I can't seem to find it anywhere.
Worst telephone system ever.......ever
