ENTERPRISE BANK N.J.

Enterprise Bank N.J. was established on August 19, 2002, initially operating under the name Enterprise Bank. On January 2, 2006, it underwent a series of regulatory changes, becoming a national bank and a member of the Federal Reserve System, with oversight from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Subsequently, on December 22, 2015, the institution rebranded itself as Enterprise Bank N.J., transitioned to a state-chartered bank, and withdrew from the Federal Reserve System. Enterprise Bank N.J. continued its operations until December 21, 2018, when it merged with Sb One Bank in Franklin, New Jersey. The bank's latter operations came to an end on July 31, 2020, when it was merged into Provident Bank in Jersey City, New Jersey.
