Enloe State Bank was established on June 5, 1928, originally operating under the name The Enloe State Bank in Enloe, Texas. Over the years, the bank relocated its main office several times, moving to Main Street in Enloe on April 20, 1990, followed by a move to 222 Lexie Street, Enloe, Texas, on August 23, 2005. On July 31, 2007, the main office was again relocated, this time to 45 Texas Highway 24 North in Cooper, Texas. The institution underwent a name change to Enloe State Bank on November 30, 2008.
