Edward Jones Trust Company is a financial institution that was originally established as Boone National Savings and Loan Association in 1896. Over the years, it underwent several significant changes. On June 21, 1990, the organization changed its name to Boone National Savings and Loan Association, F.A., and moved its main office to 901 East Broadway in Columbia, Missouri. On August 21, 1990, it transitioned to a Stock Savings and Loan organization, and the chartering agency was changed to the Office of Thrift Supervision. The institution rebranded again on July 20, 2006, adopting the name Edward Jones Trust Company, changing its organization type to a Trust Company, and its bank class to Federal Savings Bank.
