Eaton Community Bank, originally established as Eaton Federal Savings and Loan Association in 1936, has undergone several changes throughout its history. In 1987, the institution changed its name to Eaton Federal Savings Bank and transitioned to a mutual savings bank organization type. The main office relocated to 236 South Cochran Avenue in Charlotte, Michigan, in 1986.
