Eastside Commercial Bank, National Association was established on April 3, 2002, in Bellevue, Washington. On the same day, the institution changed its name to Eastside Commercial Bank, National Association and opened its main office at 3080 148th Avenue Southeast, Suite 108, Bellevue, Washington. The bank subsequently relocated its main office to 3326 160th Avenue Southeast, Suite 101, Bellevue, Washington, on November 17, 2003, and later to 13810 Southeast Eastgate Way, Suite 410, Bellevue, Washington, on November 23, 2010. On April 16, 2015, Eastside Commercial Bank merged with First Sound Bank in Seattle, Washington. Following its merger, the institution continued operations as part of First Sound Bank until it was voluntarily closed and liquidated its assets on September 30, 2024.
