Very convenient location. The process for obtaining a Mass Save Heat Loan was quick and efficient!
Great bank with helpful tellers and managers. Convenient parking, ATM, and drive through. Have been banking there for many years.
Not sure how long a normal wait for a phone call takes. It's been 1 week. Also scheduled a call and never received that call.
The staff are always friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the landscaping around the bank is often full of trash. It makes the town look bad. Much of it is probably coming from its location between a grocery store and the CVS but maybe they could place a garbage barrel or hire a company to clean it weekly?
I've always had a pleasant experience utilizing the Eastern Bank at Watertown Square.
Eastern Bank personnel are very courteous, accommodating and helpful.
If you want to wait 20 min or a half hour they might answer the phone.
I'm there all the time and the only problems I have ever had have been with ignorant customers. The staff in the NS Mall branch is solid.

Today 3/4/2020 I visited Eastern Bank, as always Joanne Knepp (sorry if my spelling is not correct) took care of my issue. I had ordered some dvd's on line (never before, never will again!) and the money $49.49 was debeted from my checking account. DVD's never arrived. I could not contact them, I did attempt three times to email them, no response, Telephone disconnected!!!!. Joanne suggested I get a new debet card which she made for me. Joanne always makes things easy, she is so very good in her approach, always kind and professional.
I am a retired professional health Care worker, 76 year young, every penny counts, Joanne helping and explaining things, made it easy for me. thank you so very much.
