I have received a check back that was OVERNIGHTED to you for endorsement, WITHOUT any endorsement. It cost me $30 to overnight this check, and I have talked to at least 5 different people about it, and it still came back with NO endorsement so I am unable to deposit the check and pay for the repairs on my vehicle. Your customer service is a complete wreck, no one is on the same page, and there is no such concept as quality control as your recording says every time I was transferred to someone else. I will NEVER finance another vehicle through your bank, needless to say, and I am now EXTREMELY hesitant to send this check BACK to you AGAIN for endorsement. How can you possible expect me to let go of this $9000 check again when it has been SO mishandled. If I deposit it to my bank and they accept it I'm going to say that you'd better not reject it because of no endorsement by you, or I will sue, with good reason, you are wasting my time and money for two weeks now!
