The bank underwent several significant changes on September 27, 2001, when it changed its name to Eaglemark Savings Bank, transitioned its primary regulatory agency to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), changed its type of organization to that of an Industrial Loan Company, and withdrew from membership in the Federal Reserve System. Over the years, Eaglemark Savings Bank has relocated its main office multiple times; it was first located at 4126 Technology Way in Carson City, Nevada, before moving to 4150 Technology Way in Carson City on February 17, 2004.
