I had a company take unauthorized money out of my account, I was on top of it immediately and notified the bank. They said the charges were still pending and I had to wait till they posted. The next day they said the payment went through so it was too late. They even argued that I must have authorized this. I remember a day when you disputed a charge and your bank backed you up, because you were there customer. Do not trust these people to protect your money. Good customer service is a thing of the past. It doesn't matter if you catch a thief in the act, they will do nothing.
I applied for an auto loan with Drummond Bank. On 3/16/22, they sent me an email saying that my loan was approved. It's now 2 months later and that loan has never been executed. When I emailed and asked about it, they told me the loan wasn't available anymore. What? It was approved. Why was it never executed? In the application, I provided all the necessary information. Furthermore, now the customer service reps are telling me I need to re-apply but I need to use a different email address. So stupid. I've got multiple accounts at other banks and don't need to have different email addresses to open or access them.
