★ Branch review: Rowayton Branch

I called customer service to see what time the rowayton branch was closing. I got there just in the nick of time only to find out the branch's systems have been down all day and that they couldn't (nor did they want to) help me, Apparently 2/3 if there branches were down and when I asked them to call there functioning Darien branch to see if they would let me in 5 min after closing they smuggled and never called. I'm fed up with the now Laurel Road bank and will be closing my account
